When I saw the beautiful new floors, of course I had to paint the kitchen a new color...it once was the yellow you see to the left and now it is copper mountain- a much more fitting color for us...earthy, soothing and fun!

Bamboo floors

While we were in Mexico, we had these beautiful bamboo floors put in our Kitchen & Dining Room and all upstairs!

My dear husband surprised me with a trip to mexico for my 40th birthday present! There will be lots of pictures posted soon, but they are on his laptop and I have not downloaded them yet. So these few are just to wet your appetitie for more...this picture is from our last day in Playa Del Carmen...a lovley hotel called Magic Blue. There I am soaking in the last rays of yucatan delight. The pool is made out of blue sea glass by the way!
